Fox twitched and angled her ears. She heard the faint conversation happening deeper in the forest. Her long, sleeked back fur, made no sound as she silently brushed passed the bushes nearer to where the cats were. She stopped and peered through the branches of a low bush. She saw an unfamiliar cats and was curious to meet them. No, she didn't live with these cats that called this place "The Land of the Free Ones". However, Fox had been living here since she was a kit. Her mother died when she was only eight moons old and she learned to be solitary as time went on. But now, she had an urge to meet other cats, to be apart of something greater. She brushed past the bush and boldly asked her question. "I could ask all of you the same thing." She'd hoped that this spark some sort of conversation among the cats so that they could get to now eachother better, but she also knew it could cause immediate hosility. In her eyes though, it was worth the risk.

A she cat had been lost in the complicated city territory for days. She wandered aimlessly and had her long, brown fur sticking out in different directions. Her eyes were constantly wide with fright and fear-scent lingered on her pelt constantly. The roaring beasts on the gray hard paths had almost taken her life, and she rarly crossed them if she had a choice. She padded on the little grass near the gray path and froze. Delight and ulitimate fear sparked in her chest as she scented other cats. She lowered her head to show that she wasn't looking to be a threat as she heard paw steps approaching.

Her muscles tensed as she heard the harsh she-cats vioce. "I-I'm," she chocked on her words. "I'm Starling. I-I-I don't m-mean any harm." Her eyes grew wider and she was going to soil herself any second. They'll just laugh at me and chase me off like the other cats she thought helplessly.

Shia threw more rocks behind her as she stumbled up a path. She'd recently escaped from some annoying no-furs who'd wanted her pelt. Her musles ached from her blind run away from them and all she wanted to do was sleep, but she couldn't. She'd sensed bad weather in the air and wanted to find some sort of shelter in the currently rocky desert. The air chilled strait through her spotted pelt and the tufts of fur by her ears felt frozen, even though she smelled no water. Her nose was numb so she couldn't smell danger, no matter how hard she tried. Half of her hoped to meet other big cats, but the other half dreaded it for she knew she was in no condition to fight.

Starling backed away when she heard the sound of unsheathed claws. "Pre-preferably n-not to f-f-fight." She looked directly at the she-cat, eyes still wide with fear and dull with loss of hope. "My old home was destroyed and I-I was wondering if I could join a-a group of cats that I h-heard lived here. I'd been to others, e-even the ones that were supposed t-to b-be friendly and we-welcoming, but they drove me out when they saw I was injured." She turned over her paw to showed infected skin and then motioned to her side, where patches of fur had been ripped out so hard, that the skin had went with them. Her right back leg was wrenched out of place and she had a slight limp to it. "The no-no-furs came after me when they saw m-me." She finished and her eyes still looked dull. She was prepared to run at any second at the first sign of hostility or even any more brutality.

This is baisically how Blood Clan rebuilds itself after the battle with the clans. Scourge is dead and the only non-made-up character in here. All other cats are made up from my head and because I started writing this before I became apart of this site, the territory is different. I apologize for this, but since I'm already far in the story, I'd hate to go back and rewrite it all. I hope that you enjoy it! Please don't try and make copies of my stories, bc I work very hard on them and it breaks my heart to see someone take the easy way out. Here's the list of characters! PS: Constructive critisisim is welcome!

    Leader-Raven: ( a black she-cat, previous mate to Scourge)
    Deputy- Flame: (an orange tom)
    Warriors:
    Feather: (a sandy colored she-cat)
    Bark: (brown tabby tom)
Thorn" (black tom with brown spots)
Silk: ( fluffy, pure white she-cat)
    Ash: (a fluffy gray tom)
    Iris: (a tortishell she-cat)
Vine: (a black tom with white paws)
Steel: (a white tom with gray paws, ears, tail, and snout)
    Leaf: (a brown she-cat)
Medicine Cat: Luna- (a fluffy black she-cat with golden eyes)
Queens: Patch- (calico she-cat, mate to bark, kits are Cedar, Pine and Rose)
Mint- (tortishell she-cat, mate to Ash, kits aren't currently born yet.)
Mouse- (tawny she-cat, mate to Steel, kits are Snow and Clover)
Elders: Claw-(a gray and black tom)
Starling- (an orange tabby she-cat with strangly large eyes)

Fox made a discusted face. "Ugh! I don't want to talk about having kits! Although, they are so adorable before they start causing trouble. Anyways, joining sounds interesting." Her tone was more cheerful and bright and she sounded like the apprentice age that she actually was. "So, we can just bounce right in and jion, or do we have to meet, er, what was her name, oh yeah! Swastica." Her eyes shimmered with happiness and she bounced slightly on her paws in excitment.

She was fixing to open her mouth to ask if she was serious, but she clamped her jaws shut and followed the she cat. She didn't want to ruin her chance after all this time running and hiding at every niose. She nodded and looked at her paws as she followed the she cat.

Owl wandered aimlessly through the tall grass. The vision swept through her young mind again. Her mother thrusting her in the back of the den, the scary cats harsh meows and her mother's loud hissing. Then nothing. Not a sound except the laughter of the mean cats and saying, "That's what she deserved for being in our borders." Then the crunching of leaves as they'd padded away. Owl had walked out when she couldn't smell them anymore only to see her mother's body mutalated and small breaths weezing out of her. The faint mews breathed out of her. "Run, Owl. Get far away from here. There are," she was interrupted by a storm of coughing and blood oozing out of her mouth. "There are groups of cats that will help you. Travel in the direction were the sun sets. I trust you, my daughter. I'll be with you forever." Then she weezed on last dying breath and layed still.
She took her mother's advice and traveled, from one rouge to the next she was chased off. Barely surviving off of the grasshoppers that she caught. The hard gray paths fritened the fur off of her, but now, now she was in a safer place. The wind blew comfortingly through her fur and she didn't smell starvation, but the pleasing scent of meat. I can't catch a mouse, stupid furball, she scolded herself. Instead, she settled for a grasshopper going from one blade to the next. She caught it and scarfed down the crunchy bug. She used to hate them for their bitter taste, but now it was all she lived off of.

She hoped that she would find the cats her mother spoke of soon, for her pelt no longer shinded like it used to when her mother was around. Instead, her ribs poked out one by one and you could count the vertibrates on her spine. Are they even real, she thought, or am I just chasing a dream that will never come?
She thought that she had smelled cats when she first came to this feild, but now she wasn't so sure. Where are they?

Shia jumped back by the sudden wildcat's voice. "I'm Shia," she replied hesitantly. "Is this someone's territory?" Her vioce quickly turned to panick. "I'll return the prey that I've taken," the words rushed out of her mouth. "I'll leave offerings by the borders and I won't set another paw in here. I-" her words were cut off as she heard the faintness of rocks being moved.

Part of Owl filled with relief but the other with worry. "A-are you trying to trick me like those other cats?" She shook her head and took a few paw steps back. "I'm not falling for it again! I learned my lesson the first time!" She turned and tried to run, but ran into an unexpected thron bush. Her matted fur got caught in it and she struggled franiticly to free herself.

This is baisically just a quick intro for prenamed cats.

Harenose (mate to Mousetail)( KITS HAVEN'T BEEN BORN YET!) TAKEN

What I plan for a person to do is that they will claim to be that character and the first person who says quote (example) 'I want to be Leafshade,' then anyother people who wanted to be Leafshade couldn't because she already had a character. I hope that this helped! :D

    -Foxstar-

Fox had a blank expression on her face. Death, death, death. It rang through her mind. "F-F-Fox," she said and then shook her head to clear her thoughts, her happy voice returning. "Nice to meet you Chaos! Can you show us around?" She tried to push her mother's death to the back of her mind.

OCC: Fox has had a MAJOR problem with the mention of death since her mother died. It's like OCD for her not to hear it so her always acting cheerful is kinda a denfense mechanism.
